Returns

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since Your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it . It must also be in its original packaging. The customer must pay 100% of the return shipping value. If the return is authorized, once the product is reviewed and validated, the customer must pay USD$28 for the shipping cost, which will be debited from the money to be refunded.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable products:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care products (such as creams, supplements, among others)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed:
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipping.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by postal mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer to give to you later, we will send a refund to the buyer and they will know about your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Coronavirus shipping impacts

Please note that some countries under mandatory quarantine may experience shipping delays due to COVID-19. Orders placed after March 1, 2020 will experience delivery delays.

Unfortunately, we have no control over current delays. We are processing orders every day in an attempt to help our customers get their packages as quickly as possible. Express items will move faster on the network than standard and priority items during this time. The shipping time mentioned on our website does not include COVID-19 delays and may vary between different countries.

If there is an error in typing the address or if the order cannot be delivered for any reason reported by USPS, we will try to resend it and we will contact you to coordinate delivery, additionally we will generate a new tracking code with which you can track the new shipment.

Your order will be delivered to the door. Sometimes packages are taken to the nearest post office if no one is present at the address. If you are unable to pick up the package within the pickup window, it will be returned to us. Orders are shipped to the address provided in the shipping address section of the website. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. A reshipping fee of Usd$28 will be applied if your package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address or not picked up from the post office.

Your order is fully covered for lost or damaged goods. If you received the damaged product, please send us some photos by email and we will send you the replacement product for free. Likewise, if your package is lost in transit, we will send a new package for free.

All Dermaccina shipments are free to the USA.

Orders are processed and packaged in 1-2 business days and shipped within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday is 5 business days). For shipments to Canada, the customer must pay for shipping, which has an approximate value of USD$35 and delivery time can be up to 1 month. You will receive an email once your order is processed and shipped. Order processing time is excluded from the shipping time mentioned in the shipping section of the website and depends entirely on the shipping provider (USPS), in some situations such as the COVID-19 health emergency and other force majeure shipments. They may take longer to reach their destination.
